Quotations
Quotations are prepared individually and remain valid for fourteen days, subject to casket availability and supplier pricing.
Bookings and deposits
A date or casket is reserved once a deposit is received. Enquiry-only bookings carry no obligation and no payment.
Casket supply
Most luxury caskets are sourced through our partnership with ADEPS Funeral Home and Event Company. Finishes and hardware may vary slightly from photographs.
Service delivery
Timings are agreed in a written run sheet. Delays caused by third parties such as cemeteries, clergy or authorities fall outside our control, though we will always act to mitigate them.
Cancellation
Where a service is cancelled, deposits may be refunded less costs already committed to suppliers on your behalf.
